Role Summary
The Branch Manager, internally known as Insite Manager is a pivotal on-site leader responsible for the seamless delivery of the customer contract at a major aerospace organisation based in Wakefield.
As the dedicated Rubix representative on site, you will manage day-to-day operations, ensure exceptional service delivery, and act as the trusted point of contact for the customer.
Reporting to the Regional Insite Manager, you will oversee all aspects of on-site performance, including inventory management, service excellence, continuous improvement and the achievement of contractual KPIs.
This role blends operational leadership, customer relationship management, commercial awareness and problem-solving to drive value and strengthen our partnership with the customer.
