About the Role:
- Assist the Branch Manager in leading the sales office team to achieve sales and margin targets whilst ensuring that our service levels and responsiveness meet the contractual obligations and customer expectations to enable securing long-term commitments.
- Take a leading role in health & safety discussions, improvement opportunities and training.
- Drive improvements to the ETO conversion.
- Ensure Golden Hour phone calls are made at the right time, to the right customers with the correct message.
- Monitor Golden Hour call quality and provide feedback when necessary.
- Communicate in a compelling way to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist the sales & service manager in the production and delivery of a full monthly sales office review, to include financial and pricing performance.
- Ensure the entire team are working with, supporting and connecting with the external sales team.
- Regular communication is critical to drive the collaboration required for success.
- Help drive a coaching culture and ensure all staff receive a regular 1-2-1 feedback session to discuss/improve performance.
Working hours: 08:30 - 17:00 – Monday to Friday, 30 min break, 40 hours per week
Key Skills, Experience & Requirements:
- Experience in building and sustaining long term customer relationships
- Experience in leadership with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Industry and market experience (Preferred)
- Positive attitude towards achievement of company goals
- The ability to match selling style to the customer's needs & preferences.
- Promote a best practice culture within the team to encourage a learning environment
- Review of team performance using established processes
- Proficient user of Microsoft 365
- Strong commercial acumen
- Effective communicator
