Location: Falkirk
About the Role:
Initiating, developing, and maintaining customer relationships.
Establishing customer requirements.
Preparing, submitting, and following up customer quotations.
Order processing.
Providing basic levels of technical support on the products/services available from Rubix Industrial Services (Full training provided).
Introducing customers to new products/services.
Providing market leading levels of customer service
Proactively calling down traders and prospect customers to generate additional business.
Working hours:
08.30am - 05.00pm - Mon - Fri
30 min break
40 hours per week
Key Skills, Experience & Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Positive 'can-do' attitude
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Administrative Skills - Confident and able to work with Microsoft packages such as outlook and excel
Knowledge of a similar industry is preferable but not essential
Experience within a sales environment preferred
