Due to our rapidly growing National Insite portfolio, we’re looking for a dynamic Site Support Lead, internally knows as a Insite Operations Support Manager.
As a Site Services Manager / Site Support Lead, you will deliver best in class customer service aligned to our customer contractual requirements, and will be a pivotal part of the Key Account Operations team and its success so get ready to be in demand.
Key Responsibilities of Site Services Manager / Site Support Lead
Delivering best in class customer service aligned to customer contractual requirements, our Operations Support Managers are responsible for order fulfilment, stock management, MRO spares sourcing, site projects and value creation.
Ideally you will have some background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE or a trade counter environment, however full training will be provided so don’t let this stop you from applying.
Flexibility is required as the role entails the need to provide cover and support across several sites. You will for the large part be based regionally with your own cluster of insites. There is the potential to stay away from home for short periods when required, possibly covering other regions insites although we endeavour to manage this to a minimum.
You will be an excellent communicator, able to communicate at all levels, coupled ideally with a technical bias and a good understanding of the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul supply chain. Experience of sales order and stock management systems would also be advantageous. A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel across your defined region is essential.
