About the Role: Work to Rubix UKII HSEQ policies and procedures. Strip, inspect and report on equipment using Rubix UKII standard templates. Overhaul components ready for equipment rebuild. Rebuild units including dynamic balancing of rotors, and record. Provide all necessary inspection, job record and timekeeping reports throughout the job process, in line with Rubix UKII policies and procedures. Support other job functions as requested by supervision, including site work and operating in other engineering workshops. Active participation in on call rota, shift working and overtime requests to ensure service levels are maintained. Key Skills, Experience & Requirements: On time delivery of activity. Measured via EOS Completed work is to Rubix UKII Specification Standards β Zero Non Conformance Recorded. Work completed within the specified time period. Measured via job hours allocated on EOS Work area compliance to 5S cleanliness standards. Completed formal training. E.g. Indentured apprenticeship, NVQ's, BTEC's or relevant experience etc. Understanding of industrial applications for equipment being overhauled.
