We support our customers to ensure they have all the parts, spares and tooling they need to operate as well as working hard to ensure we obtain the best deals with suppliers. Our Customer Service Advisor is a pivotal part of the branch team and its success, so get ready to be in demand. As long as you’re a team player with customer service experience then this could be the role for you!
Ideally, you will have some background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE or a trade counter environment; however, full training will be provided so don’t let this stop you from applying! What could be more rewarding than knowing you are helping to improve UK manufacturing?
Role Requirements:- Generating and following up on customer quotations
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Keeping track of back orders ensuring the order book is delivered on time and in full
- Supporting the operational team with converting spare parts, consolidating customer supply chain to Rubix
- Providing support to the stores team during annual leave coverage
