About the
Role
Work to Rubix UKII HSEQ policies and procedures.
Complete all necessary motor electrical static testing.
Complete the manufacture of LV/HV coils.
Complete the rewind of LV/HV motors.
Provide all necessary inspection, job record and timekeeping reports throughout the job process, in line with Rubix UKII policies and procedures.
Support other job functions as requested by supervision, including site work and operating in other engineering workshops.
Active participation in on call rota, shift working and overtime requests to ensure service levels are maintained.
Key Skills, Experience & Requirements
Completed formal winding training.
E. g.
Indentured apprenticeship, NVQ's, BTEC's or relevant experience etc.
On time delivery of activity.
Measured via the system.
Completed work is to site specification Standards – Zero Non Conformance Recorded.
Work completed within the specified time period.
Measured via job hours allocated on the system.
Work area compliance to 5S cleanliness standards.
