About the Role:
- Work to Rubix UKII HSEQ policies and procedures.
- Completion of component measurement, manufacturing drawings and assembly drawings.
- Operation of various machine tools to enable the manufacture of components from a variety of materials, both metallic and none metallic.
- Maintain machine tools to ensure machining capacity and accuracy.
- Provide all necessary inspection, job record and timekeeping reports throughout the job process, in line with Rubix UKII policies and procedures.
- Support other job functions as requested by supervision, including site work and operating in other engineering workshops.
- Active participation in on call rota, shift working and overtime requests to ensure service levels are maintained.
Key Skills, Experience & Requirements:
- Able to measure mechanical components accurately.
- Able to use material cutting equipment safely and accurately.
- Able to maintain equipment ensuring availability and accuracy.
- Ability to work within a team and problem solve.
