The Role
Matara UK Limited is one of three businesses within our Motion Control & Automation (MCA) Specialist division.
Founded in 1995 and acquired by RUBIX in 2020. Matara works hard to deliver an unbeatable range of bespoke pneumatic and linear automation products backed up with technical expertise, market leading value and a clear commitment to customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Packing and Unpacking: Carefully pack clients\’ belongings ensuring items are protected during transit.
- Material Handling: Use appropriate packing materials (boxes, bubble wrap, tape) to secure items.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of packed items and ensure everything is accounted for.
- Loading and Unloading: Assist in loading packed items onto trucks and unloading them at destinations.
- Customer Service: Interact courteously with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols to prevent damage to items and ensure personal safety.
