About the Role:
- Work to Rubix UKII HSEQ policies and procedures.
- Complete all necessary motor electrical static testing.
- Complete the manufacture of LV/HV coils.
- Complete the rewind of LV/HV motors.
- Provide all necessary inspection, job record and timekeeping reports throughout the job process, in line with Rubix UKII policies and procedures.
- Support other job functions as requested by supervision, including site work and operating in other engineering workshops.
- Active participation in on call rota, shift working and overtime requests to ensure service levels are maintained.
Key Skills, Experience & Requirements:
- Completed formal winding training. E.g. Indentured apprenticeship, NVQ's, BTEC's or relevant experience etc.
- On time delivery of activity. Measured via the system.
- Completed work is to site specification Standards – Zero Non Conformance Recorded.
- Work completed within the specified time period. Measured via job hours allocated on the system.
- Work area compliance to 5S cleanliness standards.
