The Opportunity We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven National Business Development Manager to identify, develop and secure high-value outsourcing contracts across the UK manufacturing and industrial sectors.
This is a true hunter role, focused on generating new business rather than managing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities Identify, develop and secure new outsourcing opportunities across target manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive business development.
Build relationships with senior stakeholders including Plant Managers, Engineering Managers, Procurement Directors, Operations Directors and C-Suite executives.
Lead complex consultative sales processes from initial engagement through to contract award.
Understand customer challenges and develop tailored outsourced service solutions that create measurable value.
Coordinate technical, operational and commercial teams throughout the bid and proposal process.
Deliver presentations, facilitate customer workshops and negotiate long-term commercial agreements.
Maintain accurate sales forecasting, CRM records and strategic account plans before successfully transitioning won contracts into operational delivery.
