We specialise in optimising asset performance, including motors, gear boxes, pumps, machining induction, condition monitoring and fabrication services.Key ResponsibilitiesMain Tasks and Deliverables:Disassembly and accurate re-assembly of industrial rotating equipment.Performing planned and predictive maintenance.Assessing need for spare partsUndertake effective planning and prioritisation of workload wherever necessaryYou will be used to working on site in addition to the workshop when required (Site working experience is a distinct advantage and suitable qualifications such as CCNSG passport is preferable)You will be happy working with a team as well as working on your own initiativeHave strong mechanical engineering knowledge to identify and rectify faulty and worn/damaged components and understand reclamation techniques and reverse engineering options.Ensure that resources are used to optimum effect.Understand and operate in line with relevant legislation, Company policy and Company procedures.Complete and maintain accurate, timely documentation and records as required by the business.Maintain the required standards of housekeeping.Support other teams and functions as required by the business.Undertake self-development activities as required by the business.Undertake any other tasks or duties as required by your line manager.Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices operated by the Company.Liaise with Coordinator to establish requirementsConforming to health and safety procedures and policies.Skills and Experience:You will be flexible and be prepared to work the hours required in a demanding and busy 24/7 service orientated environmentParticipate in call out rota as requiredYou will be used to working on site in addition to the workshop when required (Site working experience is a distinct advantage and suitable qualifications such as CCNSG passport is preferable)Health & safety will be at the forefront of everything you doYou will be happy working with a team as well as working on your own initiativeThe CompanyRubix UK has a commitment to doing things differently for our colleagues and customers.Today, Rubix Group is the clear market leader with a presence in 23 markets and sales of €3.15bn in 2023.
