What Impact You Will Have
The Manager, Corporate Development supports the evaluation and execution of Rubix’s land acquisitions, whether structured as a direct real estate transaction or as the acquisition of an entity that holds the land. The role builds the financial analysis behind each opportunity and prepares the business case on which leadership and investors base their capital decisions. Reporting to the Director, Underwriting understanding of project finance and how risk is shared across development, construction, and operations; experience working across jurisdictions. Comfortable in a fast‑moving, early‑stage environment where the process is still being built and ownership is high.
