Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the engineering workshop team to deliver high-quality repair and overhaul services for Valves, PRV's and Control Valves. Valve assembly packages.
- Ensure full compliance with all HSEQ policies, procedures, and safety standards across workshop and Insite operations.
- Manage workshop performance to achieve P&L targets, including revenue growth, gross margin, and operational efficiency.
- Act as a senior technical and operational contact for customers, delivering effective solutions and maintaining strong client relationship.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lean processes and best practice engineering standards.
- Allocate engineering resources effectively to maximise productivity, service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and operational teams to support business growth, customer visits, and development of new opportunities.
Key Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop engineering teams.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering repair operations within an industrial environment.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to make sound operational decisions under pressure.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing workshop performance, KPIs and financial targets.
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with customers, stakeholders, and cross functional teams.
- Organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in IT systems, engineering software SolidWorks, Draftsight and Revit. xiskglj Reporting tools with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
