You'll be delivering excellent service to customers while actively growing new business opportunities across your territory. As part of the Rubix Motion Control & Automation division, Matara offers high-quality, UK-engineered products and bespoke solutions to machine builders, OEMs, systems integrators and industrial users. What You'll Be Doing As a Business Development Manager you will: Build and nurture strong customer relationships within your assigned region. Increase share of wallet with existing accounts while identifying and winning new customers. Take ownership of your sales pipeline, using CRM and performance targets to manage and grow your territory. Work closely with colleagues — including product specialists, internal engineering teams and suppliers — to deliver tailored solutions for customers' automation and component needs. Support customers across a range of markets such as automotive, aerospace, food & drink, packaging, and more.
