The Customer Operations Manager is a critical leader within the InSites and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of the customer contract, delivering exceptional service and stores management excellence.
- Serve as the primary face of the InSite operation, building and maintaining strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Act as the first point of contact for escalated risks and low-level issue resolution, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes.
- Provide direct line management for the InSite team, ensuring performance aligns with operational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements and contractual customer requirements.
- Implement and monitor processes that enhance operational efficiency and accuracy in stores management.
- Take ownership of delivering and reporting contractual KPIs, ensuring performance metrics are met or exceeded.
- Manage the InSite budget with commercial responsibility for revenue and margin growth.
