About the Role:

  • The Customer Operations Manager is a critical leader within the InSites and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of the customer contract, delivering exceptional service and stores management excellence.
  • Serve as the primary face of the InSite operation, building and maintaining strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Act as the first point of contact for escalated risks and low-level issue resolution, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes.
  • Provide direct line management for the InSite team, ensuring performance aligns with operational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements and contractual customer requirements.
  • Implement and monitor processes that enhance operational efficiency and accuracy in stores management.
  • Take ownership of delivering and reporting contractual KPIs, ensuring performance metrics are met or exceeded.
  • Manage the InSite budget with commercial responsibility for revenue and margin growth.
  • Leverage tools and resources to identify opportunities for increasing profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Product Business Units to offer tailored solutions that deliver the best value to the customer.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce value added services and initiatives that benefit the customer and support Rubix Industrial Services growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Product Business Units to align solutions with customer needs.

Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 08:00 - 16:30 Total Hours: 40 Breaks: 30 mins
