About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of Engineered Machined Products
  • Support the Design Manager with ongoing customer projects, ensuring accurate drawings are created.
  • Contribute ideas and design options during brainstorming sessions.
  • Prepare and refine design files for handover to Production.
  • Edit and revise designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques.

Key Skills / Qualifications

  • A Qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in one of the major CAD/CAM software products.
  • Strong visual design skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to read and understand drawings.
  • Ability to take direction and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Able to demonstrate design skills and creative thinking.

  • Strong Interest in Mechanical Engineering.
