About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of Engineered Machined Products
- Support the Design Manager with ongoing customer projects, ensuring accurate drawings are created.
- Contribute ideas and design options during brainstorming sessions.
- Prepare and refine design files for handover to Production.
- Edit and revise designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques.
Key Skills / Qualifications
- A Qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in one of the major CAD/CAM software products.
- Strong visual design skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to read and understand drawings.
- Ability to take direction and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Able to demonstrate design skills and creative thinking.
