We're looking for a dynamic Mobilisation Specialist to join our team!
As Mobilisation Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate identification of products on customer premises which have otherwise been unidentifiable through a desktop process
The role involves working to tight deadlines and ensuring a high degree of accuracy. Specific product knowledge of MRO parts, Tools and General Maintenance items and PPE is essential.
This role is mobile and will involve travel and nights away from home and some remote work where required.
Responsibilities
- Completion of planned work within time defined deadlines
- Identification of at least 75 items per day of MRO components, tools and general maintenance items, and PPE, whilst accurately uploading onto Rubix databases with their correct unique identification references
- Cost and code products that require identification
- Support new customer site implementations where required to complete agreed scope of work
- Support any additional project when requested by Head of Mobilisation
Role Requirements
- Ability to identify Specific MRO components, Tools and General Maintenance items and PPE
- A professional customer facing manner, acting as a true ambassador
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional structure
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong process skills and systems knowledge, including attention to detail ensuring completion to timelines in a customer facing environment
- Comfortable working in a business development and operational context
- Well organised and able to act on own initiative
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, Excel, word, etc.
- Flexible to travel and frequent overnight stays
