Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the engineering workshop team to deliver high quality repair and overhaul services for industrial motors and associated equipment.
- Ensure full compliance with all HSEQ policies, procedures, and safety standards across workshop and Insite operations.
- Manage workshop performance to achieve P&L targets, including revenue growth, gross margin, and operational efficiency.
- Act as a senior technical and operational contact for customers, delivering effective solutions and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lean processes and best practice engineering standards.
- Allocate engineering resources effectively to maximise productivity, service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and operational teams to support business growth, customer visits, and development of new opportunities.
