We work closely with our field sales, engineering, and supply chain teams to keep industry moving literally!

About the Role:

  • Initiating, developing, and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Establishing customer requirements.
  • Preparing, submitting, and following up customer quotations.
  • Order processing.
  • Providing basic levels of technical support on the products/services available from ERIKS a Rubix Company (Full training provided).
  • Introducing customers to new products/services.
  • Providing market leading levels of customer service.
  • Proactively calling down traders and prospect customers to generate additional business.

Hours of Work: Mon - Fri - 08:00 - 17:00 Break: 60 mins 40 hours per week

Key Skills, Experience & Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Administrative Skills - Confident and able to work with Microsoft packages such as Outlook and Excel.
  • Knowledge of a similar industry is preferable but not essential.
  • Experience within a sales environment preferred.
