About the Role:
Lead and supervise site service engineers and contractors undertaking work at customer facilities.
Ensure compliance with RUBIX UK & I HSEQ policies and procedures.
Conduct site risk assessments, toolbox talks, and ensure safe systems of work are followed.
Plan, coordinate, and allocate labour and resources to meet customer requirements and project deadlines.
Liaise directly with customers regarding work scope, progress updates, and site requirements.
Ensure all site documentation, permits, reports, and completion certificates are accurately completed and submitted.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and adherence to engineering standards.
Support quotation development, job costing, and resource planning activities.
Identify opportunities for service improvement and business development within customer sites.
Mentor and develop engineering personnel through coaching, training, and performance management.
Participate in site audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Active participation in on call rota, shift working and overtime requests to ensure service levels are maintained.
Key Skills, Experience & Requirements: On time delivery of activity. Measured via the system.
Zero Lost Time Incidents (LTI) and full compliance with HSEQ requirements.
On-time completion of customer site activities.
Achievement of site service revenue and profitability targets.
Customer satisfaction and positive feedback scores.
Completion and accuracy of service reports within agreed timescales.
Effective utilisation of engineering resources.
Completion of planned site visits, safety observations, and customer review meetings.
Completed work is to RUBIX UK & I Specification Standards β Zero Non Conformance Recorded.
