You'll lead and inspire a dedicated sales team, support our customers with everything from parts to tooling, and help us secure the best supplier deals along the way. What you'll be doing:
- Lead, coach, and develop the internal sales team to exceed targets and deliver outstanding service
- Set, monitor, and manage performance goals for individuals and the team
