Peter Campbell Sales Ltd, part of the Rubix Cutting & Machining division, is a leading supplier of high-performance cutting tools and technical machining solutions across the UK.

We support a wide range of manufacturing sectors including aerospace, automotive, oil & gas, and precision engineering, helping customers improve productivity, reduce costs and optimise machining performance.

We're now looking for an organised and proactive Stores Administrator to join our team in Airdrie.

As Stores Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping our stores operation running smoothly — supporting stock control, order processing, and day-to-day administrative tasks that ensure our branch delivers a first-class service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing goods in and out, ensuring accurate stock records
  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch/collection
  • Supporting stock takes and stock reconciliation
  • Liaising with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to resolve queries
  • Maintaining accurate records on internal systems (ERP/warehouse management software)
  • Ensuring the stores area is kept clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety standards
  • Providing general administrative support to the branch team

About You

  • Previous xgikmsk experience in a stores, warehouse, or administrative role (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using computer systems (stock/ERP systems, Microsoft Office)
  • A team player with good communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure
  • Full UK Driving Licence is desirable
