The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager, known internally as Regional Account Manager to join our team, driving share of wallet and new business. This is a varied role with plenty of room to make it your own. As well as delivering an exceptional standard of service to customers, you’ll be responsible for driving new business growth. We support our customers to ensure they have all the parts, spares and tooling they need to operate as well as working hard to ensure we obtain the best deals with suppliers.
Our Regional Account Managers are responsible for building customer relationships within their patch as well as increasing customer spend, not forgetting identifying those new customers that will help us grow and develop! This is a great opportunity to take ownership of your sales pipeline and work with manufacturers, suppliers and internal product specialists to improve your customers' businesses by reducing costs and improving production efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Our Regional Account Managers work with some of the biggest names in the manufacturing sector to ensure they have the parts, spares, PPE and tools that they need to remain operational. Responsible for building customer relationships within their patch, you will help increase customer spend, not forgetting identifying those new customers that you will grow and develop. Ideally you will have some background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE or a trade environment, however full training will be provided so don’t let this stop you from applying! As long as you’re a team player with Account Management experience, then this could be the role for you. Regional Account Managers will use a CRM system and KPIs to manage and grow their territory and customer spend.
