Job Location: Wisbech
About The Role
- Generate and follow up on customer quotations
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Monitor and manage back orders to ensure on-time, in-full delivery
- Support the operational team by converting spare parts and consolidating customer supply chains to Rubix
- Receive and manage daily deliveries, ensuring customers receive their orders
- Support the functionality of the team by maintaining stock levels
- Manual Handling of Stocked Products, replenishing Satellite store locations
Working Hours
Mon - Fri - 08:00 - 17:00, 60 mins break, 40 hours per week.
Key Skills, Experience & Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer-facing operational or administrative role
- Ideally, you’ll have some background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or a trade counter environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes
- Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain principles
- Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and ERP systems
- Understanding of health and safety requirements
- Relationship building
