Responsibilities

  • Supporting consistent delivery of agreed levels of customer service.
  • Supporting other team members with enquiries and problems.
  • A proactive approach, looking for sales opportunities around site leasing with all departments.
  • Previous SAP experience would be beneficial but we are happy to train you.
  • Coordinate stock, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
  • Comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality control and accuracy of inventory.
  • Coordinate with the internal sales department to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfilment.
  • Maintain inventory management with regular counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain efficient warehouse practices to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
