Want to create industry-leading change and grow your career? With our continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager, internally known as Insite Manager. You will be a pivotal part of the Insite team and its success.
Ideally, you will have some background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE or a trade counter environment; however, full training will be provided.
The Role: We support our customers to ensure they have all the parts, spares and tooling they need to operate, as well as working hard to ensure we obtain the best deals with suppliers. Commercially oriented, you will develop relationships with relevant stakeholders including engineering managers, procurement managers and facilities managers, while also identifying and executing opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvement for Rubix. Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment in an operational or commercial role is important.
Key Responsibilities:- Attendance at daily/weekly production and engineering meetings to understand initiatives and priorities at the site
- Preparation and follow up on quotes for large value re-tenders
- Consistent delivery of agreed levels of customer service, against the formal agreement, encompassing the agreed site specific KPIs and targets
- Responsibility for driving the success of the site, including P&L
- Driving the success of site KPIs
- Continuous Improvement initiatives relating to the stores and associated processes
- Complete ownership of the customer relationship
- Being both an escalation and initial point of contact for the customer
- Responding to client enquiries and requests – non-stock, across multiple vendors
- Ensure order expediting is up to date
