Business Development Manager (Regional Account Manager)
We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager, known internally as Regional Account Manager to join our team, driving share of wallet and drive new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers within your patch, ensuring they have the parts, spares, PPE and tools required to remain operational.
- Increase customer spend and identify new customers that will help grow and develop the territory.
- Collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers and internal product specialists to improve customers’ businesses by reducing costs and improving production efficiency.
- Use a CRM system and KPIs to manage and grow the territory and customer spend.
Qualifications
- Background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE or a trade environment (full training provided).
- Account Management experience and a team‑player attitude.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping UK manufacturing improve.
