We specialis4e in optimising asset performance, including motors, gear boxes, pumps, machining induction, condition monitoring and fabrication services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys in preparation for jobs coming to location
- Compile risk assessments and method statements for future and current jobs
- Order materials and transport for site jobs (chase up orders etc.)
- Carry out VA and pump testing
- Assist on site jobs as and when required
- Assist in the workshop when no projects currently assigned
- Develop test procedures
- Delivery of expected work quality for customers
- Delivery of project in line with expected time schedules
- Strip and inspection procedures and reports
- Input into site visit reports working alongside the project engineer
- Attend breakdown work on client sites
- Undertake routine service work on client sites where appropriate
- Liaise with client to provide quality customer service
- Acquisition of “job completion notes”
- Collection and processing of team’s hours/mileage
- Promote a positive Deritend image
- Provide first line support to your team for any queries, problems, and questions
- Organise and supervise all site jobs day to day
- Problem solving and decision making on situations that may arise within the team
- Delivery of work within the Deritend systems and procedures
- Adhere and uphold client site rules and policy when on site.

- Ensure that all company H&S policies and procedures are followed to ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues
- Promote a culture of working safely as routine.
