We’re looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic Sales focused Regional Account Manager to join our team. If you are from a Sales background or wanting to start off your Sales career with an employer who is #1 in their field, where you will be supported to achieve and develop then this is the role for you! This is a sales role with plenty of autonomy to make it your own. You will be tasked to drive new business growth as well as delivering world class customer service. Achieve and exceed sales targets of sales territory in line with company strategy. ·Build and maintain customer relationships with key stakeholders at various levels within customer base. ·Identify and develop opportunities for increasing customer spend through account management and new business opportunities. ·Develop territory plan to maximise sales performance through growing share of wallet ·Manage a portfolio of customers ensuring regular communication through face to face & virtual meeting to address their needs and requirements. ·Hunt for new business to continue to grow customer base. ·Use CRM to record activity and manage sales pipeline. ·Attend regular meetings with Regional Sales Director to provide detailed updates on activities and plans for sales area. Our Regional Account Managers work with some of the biggest names across various industries to ensure they have the parts, spares, PPE and tools that they need to remain operational. Responsible for building customer relationships within their patch, you will help increase customer spend, not forgetting identifying those new customers that you will grow and develop. Ideally you will have some background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE or a trade environment, however full training will be provided so don’t let this stop you from applying!
