The Role
- Permanent Full Time
- K&N, part of the Rubix Group, provides 24/7 engineering services. We repair, overhaul, install, and maintain pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, hydraulic equipment and cover a wide range of industrial equipment for customers across multiple sectors.
- We are seeking an Engineering Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth coordination of engineering projects and workshop operations. You will act as the link between engineers, technicians, clients, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with Project Managers to coordinate engineering projects from generating Risk Assessments and Method Statements through to collating job reports on completion.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers to manage procurement and delivery of parts.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.
- Data entry on computer software, raising jobs, time sheets entry, and reports.
- Organising Engineers training, weekly fire alarm tests, near miss reporting, answering incoming calls, and covering for Stores Coordinator when required.
- Other tasks assigned when required.
Key Skills / Qualifications
