Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage and develop the team of analysts
- Liaise with key stakeholders around the business to improve the service provided by the team
- Develop high quality and accurate KPIs around the pricing performance
- Produce regular reports for internal customers, including the senior leadership team
- Take ownership for the continued improvement in service, reports and analytics provided to the network
- Develop ideas and implement improvements to current processes
- Ensure the accuracy, transparency and integrity of the department is upheld
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in appropriate subject (e.g. maths, statistics, economics)
- Experience working within a pricing function
- History of managing and leading a team
- Confidence in liaising with senior management
