Key Responsibilities
- SLT & Administrative Support
- Efficiently manage meetings and travel logistics.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Process expenses, invoices, and procurement requests promptly.
- Supporting with monthly BAU activities.
- Identify process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact during the EA's absence.
- Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a point of contact between SLT members and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Organise and coordinate executive‑led projects, strategic meetings, and off‑site events.
- Supporting on follow‑up on action items and SLT priorities.
- Operational & Event Support
- Manage document control, filing systems, and data organisation.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners.
- Supporting the planning and co‑ordination of large‑scale company events, conferences, and roadshows.
