To identify and qualify sales opportunities and build sustainable relationships with existing and new customers through the provision of technical expertise and knowledge. Acting as a trusted advisor, work collaboratively with the national Rubix organisation to demonstrate the value proposition and address technical concerns and issues. Sell complex and technical solutions to new customers in a clear and compelling manner, applying applications-based technical knowledge and experience to solve customers’ problems.
Responsibilities
- Assess and analyse target markets within the designated sales geographies and industry sectors. Collate market data, trends and intelligence, competitor activity and customer feedback.
- Develop and execute the annual Sales Budgets; identify target customers, construct Sales action plans and targets that align with business goals.
- Manage existing customers and develop new business within the designated geographies and industry sectors, providing management with accurate and reliable feedback; Quarterly and monthly Sales Pipelines and Forecasts.
- Play an active role in the marketing and promotion of Matrix.
- Manage and maintain the company’s CRM database with respect to Customer details, potential and opportunities, expanding Matrix’s reach into target industry sectors.

- Reporting: Responsible and accountable for developing and executing annual budgets, providing regular forecast updates – managing and maintaining Sales Pipeline reports aligned to project status. Regularly track and report on sales activity, market trends, and forecasted growth to management.
