We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager, known internally as Regional Account Manager, to join our team and drive share of wallet and new business within the Kings Lynn area. This is a varied role with plenty of room to make it your own. In addition to delivering an exceptional standard of service to customers, you’ll be responsible for driving new business growth.

The Role

  • Support customers to ensure they have all the parts, spares and tooling they need to operate and help them obtain the best deals with suppliers.
  • Build and nurture customer relationships within your territory, increase customer spend, and identify new customers that will help us grow and develop.
  • Own your sales pipeline and collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers and internal product specialists to improve your customers’ businesses by reducing costs and improving production efficiency.
  • Use a CRM system and KPIs to manage and grow your territory and customer spend.

Qualifications

Ideally you will have some background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE or a trade environment; however full training will be provided so don’t let this stop you from applying. As long as you’re a team player with account management experience, then this could be the role for you.
