We're looking for an organised and proactive Fleet Administrator to support the effective management of our company vehicle fleet and play a key role in delivering an excellent colleague experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy, fast-paced environment where you'll coordinate a wide range of fleet activities, maintain accurate records and ensure colleagues receive a high level of service and support.

You’ll combine strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail, ensuring fleet processes are managed efficiently, compliance requirements are maintained, and colleagues receive timely support with all vehicle-related queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for the company vehicle fleet.
  • Liaise with colleagues, suppliers, leasing providers and key stakeholders to ensure a high level of service is maintained.
  • Support the administration of vehicle, deliveries, collections and driver documentation.
  • Maintain accurate fleet records, databases and reporting information.
  • Support the administration of fuel cards, vehicle maintenance, servicing and MOT schedules.
  • Assist with fleet compliance activities, ensuring company policies and legal requirements are adhered to.
  • Respond to colleague queries and resolve fleet-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the administration of vehicle allocations, changes and fleet movements.
  • Assist with invoice administration and general fleet-related administration.
  • Identify opportunities to improve fleet processes and administrative efficiency.
  • Ensure the accuracy, transparency and integrity of fleet data is maintained.
  • Provide support to the wider Fleet team as required.
  • Key Skills And Experience
  • Previous administration experience, ideally within a fleet, transport, automotive or operational environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Confident communicating with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to delivering solutions.
  • Ability to work independently whilst contributing positively as part of a wider team.
  • Ability to handle confidential and commercially sensitive information appropriately.
