Weโre looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager, known internally as Regional Account Manager, to drive share of wallet and new business. This varied role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact, delivering exceptional service to customers while driving new business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional standard of service to customers.
- Drive new business growth and increase customer spend within the region.
- Identify and develop new customers to expand revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal product specialists to improve customersโ operations by reducing costs and enhancing production efficiency.
- Use a CRM system and KPIs to manage and grow the territory and customer spend.
Qualifications
- Background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE or a trade environment (training will be provided).
- Experience in account management.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
