Due to our rapidly growing National Insite portfolio, we’re looking for a dynamic Operations Support Manager, internally known as an Insite Operations Support Manager. As an Operations Support Manager, you will deliver best‑in‑class customer service aligned with our customer contractual requirements, and be a pivotal part of the Key Account Operations team.
Job type: Permanent, Full Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver best‑in‑class customer service aligned to customer contractual requirements.
- Order fulfilment.
- Stock management.
- MRO spares sourcing.
- Site projects and value creation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ideally you will have some background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE or a trade counter environment; however full training will be provided.
- Flexibility is required as the role entails providing cover and support across several sites.
- You will be based regionally with your own cluster of insites, with potential to travel to other regions insites.
- You will be an excellent communicator, able to communicate at all levels, coupled ideally with a technical bias and a good understanding of the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul supply chain.
- Experience of sales order and stock management systems is advantageous.
- A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel across your defined region is essential.
