About The Role
- Initiating, developing, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Establishing customer requirements.
- Preparing, submitting, and following up customer quotations.
- Order processing.
- Providing basic levels of technical support on the products/services available from Rubix (Full training provided).
- Introducing customers to new products/services.
- Providing market leading levels of customer service.
- Proactively calling down traders and prospect customers to generate additional business.
Working Hours
08.30am - 05.00pm - Mon - Fri 30 minutes break 40 hours per week
Key Skills, Experience & Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive ‘can‑do’ attitude.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Administrative skills – confident and able to work with Microsoft packages such as Outlook and Excel.
- Knowledge of a similar industry is preferable but not essential.
- Experience within a sales environment preferred.
