Key Responsibilities

Lead the Business Unit strategy and deliver growth across revenue, gross margin and EBITDA.

Develop annual budgets and operating plans, with regular performance reporting and forecasting.

Manage CRM data, sales pipelines and customer opportunity pipelines.

Work collaboratively with the Rubix sales network to identify target customers and support sales action plans.

Promote Compressed Air Services and wider Engineering Services capability across branches and InSites.

Ensure QHSE standards are maintained in line with statutory and company requirements.

Maintain effective business processes, policies and operating procedures.

Lead, develop and resource a high-performing team, including PDRs, talent and succession planning.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor\’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Management or related field.

Qualified in compressed air systems and applications.

Proven senior leadership experience within Engineering Services or Industrial MRO.

Strong commercial and financial acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Confident leading teams, driving accountability and building an engaged, collaborative culture.
