Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on customer quotations
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor and manage back orders to ensure on‑time, in‑full delivery
  • Support the operational team by converting spare parts and consolidating customer supply chains to Rubix
  • Receive and manage daily deliveries, ensuring customers receive their orders
  • Support the functionality of the team by maintaining stock levels
  • Manual handling of stocked products, replenishing satellite store locations
