The Vacancy
We are looking for a Business Development Manager, internally known as Regional Account Manager to drive profitable growth across a defined territory by developing strong relationships with industrial customers and delivering value through a consultative sales approach. You will manage and grow a portfolio of accounts while identifying new opportunities to expand Rubix’s presence across a variety of industries.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and developing a portfolio of key customers
- Identifying new business opportunities across your territory
- Using a consultative sales approach to understand customer maintenance and operational challenges
- Promoting Rubix’s full MRO offering including technical products and value-added services
- Developing strategic account plans to grow share of wallet
- Building strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders across site
- Working closely with internal specialists to deliver tailored customer solutions
- Managing pipeline activity and sales forecasts through CRM
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B field sales experience, ideally within industrial, engineering, or MRO environments
- Experience managing customer relationships and delivering sales growth
- Strong consultative selling and problem-solving skills
- Commercially driven with excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Ability to engage with stakeholders across engineering, maintenance, QSHE and procurement functions
- Self-motivated with strong territory planning and account management skills
