Key Responsibilities
- Team Player: Strong team skills and the ability to interact well with customers and colleagues
- Strong Communication: Demonstrates the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with a wide range of customers and colleagues
- Customer Service experience
- From a manufacturing/MRO/PPE background preferred but not essential
- Supporting the operational teams
- Checking and sorting deliveries on a daily basis
- Planning delivery routes in an efficient and practical way
- Ensuring that the van is loaded and unloaded safely and legally
- Replenishing and recording stock levels in onsite vending machines
- Completing all paperwork and liaising with customers on their premises
- Assisting with warehouse maintenance and cleanliness
- Assisting in the back office
