About The Role

As a Credit Controller, you'll work with your own portfolio of customers, helping businesses stay on top of payments while building strong professional relationships.

No two days are the same—you'll be solving problems, speaking with customers, working with different teams across the business and developing valuable commercial and finance skills.

  • Manage customer accounts and outstanding payments
  • Build relationships with customers and resolve queries
  • Work with finance systems and customer portals
  • Help improve cash flow for the business
  • Work alongside Sales and Customer Service teams

  • Prioritise your workload and manage multiple accounts

Full training will be provided, so you don't need to know everything from day one.
