The Role
Permanent Full Time
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be a pivotal part of the Insite team, and its success so get ready to be in demand. Ideally you will have some background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE or a trade counter environment, however full training will be provided so don’t let this stop you from applying! As long as you’re a team player with customer service experience then this could be the role for you!

We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our Insite's and are looking for an ambitious and dynamic person to support the Insite Manager to develop the business by capitalising on every profitable sales opportunity whilst ensuring good customer care working practices are maintained and the customer’s expectations are exceeded whenever possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting consistent delivery of agreed levels of customer service.
- Supporting other team members with enquiries and problems.
- A proactive approach, looking for sales opportunities around site leasing with all departments.
- Previous SAP experience would be beneficial but we are happy to train you.
- Coordinate stock, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
- Comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality control and accuracy of inventory.
- Coordinate with the internal sales department to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfilment.
- Maintain inventory management with regular counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain efficient warehouse practices to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.

- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Self-driven and motivated to see each assigned task through to the end.
- Worked in a similar role and able to demonstrate transferable skills.
