We have an exciting opportunity in the Birmingham Area to join the Engineering Stores Team based at Mondelez Cadburys Bournville. We are looking for a dynamic person to be part of a well-balanced team offering support to Mondelez personnel and management. The team member will be a self-motivated individual, enthusiastic and totally flexible with a positive attitude.
Working Pattern: Shift Pattern 4 on 4 Off, 12 Hour Shift, 07:00am to 19:00 Hours. Overtime available covering colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Replenishment with On-site Vending machine
- Goods inwards receipting
- Stock issuing / stock returns
- Perpetual stocktakes
- Bi-weekly consignment stock audit
- Hatch service – dealing with various stock requests from Mondelez personnel
- New stock requests – creating new materials via Global Pega Application
- 3rd party MRO repairs coordination
- RMA returns - Rockwell Engineering, Markem, Schubert, Russell Finex, Electrotech
- Housekeeping continuous improvement of 5’s
- Chemical IBC 1000L deliveries – Chemical Zone
- Heavy lifting involved in conjunction with manual handling procedures
- POEP truck usage – onsite training provided
Key Skills / Qualifications:
- Worked in a similar role in a stores environment
- Advantage if you are familiar with MRO stores
- Basic computer skills
- Advantage if you have used SAP stores software / Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word
- Good communication skills
- POEP truck user an advantage
