This is a varied and rewarding role focused on driving share of wallet and delivering exceptional service to customers across your territory. You will work closely with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal product specialists to help customers reduce costs, improve efficiency, and keep their operations running smoothly. We support customers across the UK manufacturing sector, ensuring they have the parts, spares, PPE, tools, and tooling they need — while securing the best possible supplier deals to deliver value. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary face of InSite operations, building and maintaining strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Act as the first point of contact for escalated risks and low-level issue resolution, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with your specific dedicated customer sites
- Increase customer spend and maximise share of wallet
- Leverage tools and resources to identify opportunities for increasing profitability
- Manage and develop a strong sales pipeline
- Work collaboratively with suppliers and internal sales teams
- Support customers with parts, spares, PPE, tools, and MRO requirements
- Deliver high standards of customer service at all times
Key Skills
- Proven experience in Account Management or Business Development
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience in handling customer enquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions to meet customer goals
- Proven experience in managing customer relationships, with a strong focus on providing excellent service, addressing client needs, and maintaining long-term partnerships
- Commercial awareness and results-driven mindset
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Experience in manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or a trade environment (desirable but not essential)
- Team player with a proactive and customer-focused approach
