As a CNC Mill Operator, you will benefit from:

Your responsibilities will include:
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to technical drawings and specifications
- Programme machine operations using CAD/CAM software and interpret engineering drawings
- Monitor machine performance to ensure optimal operation and quality output
- Carry out routine maintenance, inspections and troubleshooting on CNC equipment
- Select appropriate tooling and fixtures to maintain precision and safety standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and quality checks
Your experience will include:
- Proven experience with CNC milling operations in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of fabrication techniques, tooling and materials handling
- Experience programming X, Y, Z machines desirable
- Mechanical aptitude with hands-on tool skills and basic maths for measurements
- Basic welding knowledge and assembly experience advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to follow detailed technical instructions accurately
