Responsibilities

  • Coordinating reactive repairs and planned maintenance tasks efficiently
  • Ensuring jobs are actioned within agreed timeframes, including engineer scheduling and supplier liaison
  • Preparing and sending quotations with accurate labour and margin details
  • Processing customer purchase orders in line with internal procedures
  • Keeping customers updated with clear job statuses and weekly reports
  • Ensuring paperwork, certification and system notes are completed accurately and on time

Experience and skills

  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a methodical and structured approach
  • Being a great communicator with a confident telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills, including updating systems accurately
